Things won't happen unless you make the decision to do them. So make a notepad/reminded to do things. Look at it, be reminded of things to do, then decide to do them. If after that you still can't *bring yourself* to do it, then I don't know what to tell you.

this book helped me when I was struggling with the same thing. It lays out the idea of the will in a clear, practical way. If you can deal with the hokey 1920s language, it's a quick read
