I need some help in feeling positive about things, guys. I feel like I have some kind of depersonalisation, like my life is just not quite right or something; it's kinda hard to explain. But I also feel like I focus on petty negative things in my life and it kinda makes it even worse, and it's become some sort of 'routine' or 'norm' for how I think. I kinda lose this when I drink but obviously drinking isn't a solution lol. How do I make my mind become positive?
I personally thing life is too short to be worrying about negative things, just that helps me, but since we are all different, I'm sure that won't be enough for you or some.
