How common is it for suicides to occur without depression?

TL;DR: No signs of depression, suicidal thoughts and plans, this is common right? unlikely I'll end up offing myself?

I'm quite an active person, have become so in recent years.

I follow a good schedule, wake up early, gym, read, accomplish as much university work as possible, eat healthy, meditate and sleep early.

I have no symptoms of depression, in terms of loss of motivation and persistent sadness (more than 2 weeks is the clinical minimum I believe).

Still, I break down into tears every time I meditate and regularly research methods for suicide, even making certain arrangements on certain days when I'm feeling particularly inclined.

Currently I'm planning to hang myself on a pull up bar (tested it, it's sturdy), with no risk of anyone finding me, after I get drunk of course.

It's unlikely that I'll actually pull through with this right?

Suicide rates for men are about 20 in 100,000, coming to about 0.02 percent, per year.
Not to mention most suicide correlate with observable depression.
Also, I'm not even in the vulnerable groups given my income status (upper-middle/High Net worth).
Apparently it's quite common to have suicidal tendencies as a college student anyway (about 30 percent have suicidal thoughts some times, I've read, or maybe it was 10).

My question being, it's really unlikely I'll pull through with this right? It's probably just normal whining I'll eventually get over?
