The thing that no one wants to tell you:

Do everything you can to make you look physically more attractive. Clear up your skin, make your hair look nice, if your teeth are yellow whiten them, grow a good beard ONLY if you can, buy nice clothes (Zara is a nice place).

If I'm right and I probably am, you mostly don't like leaving the home because you have low self-esteem due to how you look, whether you want to admit it to yourself or not. Am I wrong?

Also lose weight if you're overweight. Just don't eat anything at all.

It's pretty good but admittedly not very relevant to your life. For curing your NEETdom, I'd set some tangible goals. To me life is like an open world RPG. In those games if I'm not on a quest I'm pretty lost as to what to do with myself. Similarly, I'm least productive when I have vague objectives. So make up "quests" for yourself. Today I'm going to go to the barber shop. Today I'm going to the gym where I must do 25 reps each of X, Y, and Z exercise. Today I'm going to go ask for a job application at the local department store. It might not work for you, but I'd give it a shot, since being a NEET is often due in large part to your own mindset.
