I am freaking the fuck out /b/
Had protected sex with a prostitute 5 weeks ago, I have had severe anxiety since and have been had 1 blood test and urine test after 1 week (came back clear) and another urine test at 3 weeks (also clear)
But I found these small white spots on my meatus.. I have a vague memory of seeing them years ago but I am fucking freaking out that they are HERPES... I have noticed them for the last 2 days (do not seem to have changed)
I do have fordyce spots on my shaft and balls...
What are the chances that these are herpes???? Could they be something normal???

herpes are quite painful and blister. warts are actual warts, quite a bit bigger and not white. what you have there are papules and are natural formations on the penis head. /thread

Personal experience here, nope. Mine were barely noticeable bumps. The vast majority of people with the virus never get any symptoms at all.

These can only be seen under harsh light and by stretching the skin slightly... And even then they are extremely hard to see..
I also read that herpes lesions are extremely fragile, but these dont seem to be fragile (yet) I am just freaked out that they will get bigger and then be fragile..... 2 days so far and dont seem to have changed.

Each experience can be very different, if you want to be sure, get them culture swabbed. Then to be extra sure (because even if those specific bumps aren't caused by herpes, that doesn't necessarily mean you don't have it) get a blood test for both HSV 1 and 2 after at least 3 months.

This is true. Most people actually do have some form of herpes but without symptoms. It's a resting and reserved virus that probably won't appear until much later if the OP has contracted it, if at all. However, those white bumps the OP is referring to are simply penile papules, or natural formations on the penis.
