I think these anons are being sarcastic, but truth is nowaday nobody really cares about tattoos. Swastika was a touchy subject fifty years ago, now it's just like any other tattoo motif, like skulls or chinese signs. So no, you won't get in any trouble and if you encounter someone who has a problem you can explain that it's just a symbol of something else that resembles a swastika.
