Read a good book, watch a movie, or listen to some relaxing music. Sometimes when it's nice out, I go for a run, or catch some fresh air. Try to find a good distraction.

Chill, it's an expression. People can still feel an emotion described commonly described as "depressed" without actually experiencing clinical depression. Words sometimes actually have more than one meaning.
