If you want oily body to look good, you have to increase the glossiness and specular strength in the nif. Get nifskope, open your body mesh, go to BSLightingProperty and change them. I personally use 600 for glossiness and 6 for specular strength.

This may or may not be useful for people, but I had an issue with Railight and SoS. Namly equipping the ring would cause the dong to vanish. So par suggestion I loaded it up in xEdit and changed it to take the tail slot. So if you had issues with Railight and SoS before, this should help. Unless you play a beast race (sorry Longhorn), but if anyone knows an equip region that is unused for both man, mer and beast race, just let me know and ill change it.
