Now it forks depending what you want to do.
Fork 1: He's transformed enough to notice he's a girl by the time he reaches the toilet and opts for the girls out of pragmatism. Finishes transforming on the toilet and orgasms subside. Looks really great. First OC material out of you in awhile Fenek. By the way did you get the character design inspiration from Granblue Fantasy? They look similar to the Dorafs in that game minus the tails as seen in this sequence. Big, beef slabs for the men and women are 4 foot something busty shortstacks. Pic related.

I knew it! Nice work. The genderbent character is Cagliostro who is pic related. She may be a 10 year old girl now but she wasn't always like this. She is literally the father of all alchemy in Granblue who is really 1000 years old. She was originally male and grew to be an old man. This is before he realized that he can transport his soul into the homunculi that he created to keep living. So he does this but for whatever reason wanted to be a little girl. People from Cag's time got really sick of her bullshit and sealed her up with magic. Cue the main characters in Granblue coming upon Cag's seal hundreds of years later and free her. They find out that she was originally male and ask why after discovering a journal of her past. She responds that it's not polite to share a girl's secrets. So imagine someone who tries really hard to act cutesy and girly but sometimes slips up revealing her more grumpy, sadistic, and mature nature. If you're curious for how she is in-game you can find videos of her episodes on Youtube.

I'm still perplexed about how Dorafs have children since there is such a height and build difference. Especially in adulthood the height for Doraf women is between 125cm(4'1") to 140cm(4'7") while Doraf men are around 210cm(7'11"). You're right it really does make for great TG material.

My own fault, completely self-inflicted.
I'd be a horny teenage version of myself and find a pair of panties laying on the floor, thinking 'why not?' I'd put them on to see what they feel like. I really like the way they feel and try them again the next night... then the next night and so on. I'd eventually end up doing it so much I wear them underneath my clothes in public, but what I wouldn't notice is that they slowly and gradually start changing me the more I wear them.
At first I wouldn't realize, I'd just carry on with my everyday life like normal expect acting slightly more feminine until the changes became much more gradual.
Once the changes started kicking in I'd slowly be turning into a curvy 30-something milf. My ass would start to plump up and my hips would start to grow to child bearing proportions, I'd start wearing my hair in a bun shape too after it lengthens enough.
Everyone is slightly uncomfortable and skeptical, but I welcome the change with welcome arms (whether I really think that or its just the transformation is not for me to know.) My life goals would change drastically much more and I'd start dreaming about falling in love and getting married to become a housewife for my sexy hubby.
In the end i'd pretty much rarely ever think about being male again, my memories would still be their and I wouldn't forget about who I was but I would end up embracing and enjoy being a woman so much that I wouldn't have any reason too.

My sugestions, like another anon said on /d/, is to play more with the colours and make them more saturated, increase the tone and value of your colors.

I would recomend to also add more colours to the cheerleader outfit, like white and an even darker shade of blue to go with the light blue.

Overall I think TG is way too filled with sub/dom or femdom themes as of late, which is probably why crossdressing/sissification has overwhelmed sites like Fictionmania. I think that it's better to address the crimes with unique punishments. The jeering one has to learn to be courteous, and the thieving one has to learn to be honest/giving.

So the one who has to learn to be courteous is expected to be recognized as such and has to start adjusting their speech and stuff to be polite and demure. Maybe some other things too like helping people in need and donating time.

The honest one has to try and rescue their reputation by becoming class rep and also donating their time.

It's difficult for both since they have existing reps as delinquents, but with each others support they grow closer and start to overcome and become better people.

Along the way they start getting intimate, with twinges of "what happens when I go back" along the way for both.

At the end of two years they get their memories restored and decide to stay girls so they can be successful and respected lesbians forever.

That's what I'd write at least, I hate silly arbitrary punishments which don't fit a crime. What does 50,000 faps have to do with what they did?

He can technically turn back to normal whenever he wants but is required to maintain his female identity so he doesn't endanger his family. Is told that once they can turn any of the other victims back he can go back to normal but they don't know how long that will take.

His wife loves it because he can still be a man in bed anyways. Slowly begins to love his female side more. Eventually decides she likes him more as a woman than as a man. Comes up with various ways to get him to spend more time as a woman.

It is what I was thinking, but my line of thought was the following:

I love the ending but I do think it's bittersweet. People overlook the fact that the man was basically forcing women into having sex with him while using his position of power to ensure they had nowhere to go but out.

Beatrice does the same thing to him, but she's also a super lonely woman in a male dominated industry. She crosses the line from revenge into creating this perfect little world built on falsehoods that Gisele finds herself enjoying, maybe even realising how many holes in her heart she had as well.

I think Gisele's taking the drink at the end was a "let fate decide" thing, and in the end fate decided that this wasn't a real thing. Beatrice sobbing and begging for Gisele to come back, a woman who never really existed, to never leave her as she pounds on the glass and Georges sadly waves goodbye is pretty powerful.

It was fun, twisted, erotic, sweet and in the end perfect.

I dislike identity death for a lot of the reasons listed usually but I admit to fapping to some of it because the art/concept are otherwise really hot.

I think the ID Death that gets me is where the new person has no concept of who they were before, at all. It's just boring then. I at least like them to be like, 'hey I know I'm not really the person I was before...'
