Sunset is using After Effects for animations. So unless you know how to transition deformations and displacement maps from AE to Unity they have to use a bunch PNGs. There's no way to do that in Unity's animator anyways

I understand that what they're using to make animations doesn't make them easily portable to Unity's system, but that's their problem for using that technique in the first place. What they're doing now is the reason the new fully animated scenes in 1.9 take so relatively long to load compared to everything else in the game: that's a whole lot of I/O activity. Even though the game isnt certainly resource-intensive and most probably they'll get away with it, there's a chance that eventually this will come and bite them in the ass. Not to mention how hard it's gonna be if they ever want to slightly modify a scene, since that would involve redoing all the frames.
Ultimately, though, the fact that they have different files for what is the same exact picture flipped horizontally just tells me that they had no idea what they were doing and went on with whatever worked on the first try.
There are also tons of duplicates in the assets, by the way.

You can use cheat engine, the catch is that you need at least 2 of something to duplicate it. It's fine for some things like bullets where you get 2 to start with anyway, but for stuff like scrap it can be a pain.

All values in rpg maker are stored as 2x+1
So if your ammo is currently 2 your first scan needs to be 5( it has to be in your inventory if you have loaded it into your gun you have fucked up and need to restart). Go back into the game now you need to drop 1 bullet so you only have 1 left then go back into CE and plug 3 into the scan if this hasn't narrowed it down to one result go back into the game close then menu and walk around the house this should get rid of any other variables (you might have to repeat this a few times since you have no other way of changing your bullets) go back into CE and scan for 3 again and you should have just 1 left double click it then click on the value to bring up a menu the value you put in here has to follow the 2x+1 rule otherwise the game will crash when trying to load the value when I did it I put 1999 and had enough to kill every zombie.
You can do the same to resources when you store them in the house.

No, it happened when I was near the end, nothing special was going to happen. I don't remember exactly the details: I was at 36 health but I can't remember if the crash happened before or after her attack (I was thinking I had to heal before my attack), and she was somewhere in the 20s (I wanna say 29 but it's a really wild guess). The more I think about the more I'm convinced it crashed exactly when I got hit, and I'm 99% certain it wasn't caused by my action.
The specials worked correctly, 15 and 20 damage respectively.
