I think you might be getting your conversations scrambled. A quick look at the archives indicates nobody suggested making @$$'s version Earth-3, and the succubi thing was someone's drawthread suggestion.

Someone (me) did bring a suggestion for an Earth-3 GG, but my idea is that she tries be a vampy femme-fatale seductress and use her chest to exert control over men and get away with everything, but is continually thwarted by the fact that the Code exists in her universe, rendering her boobs nonexistent to others and thus powerless.

I dunno about that. Girls' boobs might be considered sexual, but they're not actually genitalia, so that doesn't really fit as an exact parallel. A male version would be tricky, because men's bodies aren't sexualized to hell and back, so I guess the only way to to get sexual is to go directly for the crotch, which is too extreme imo.

Golden Guardian is Audrey after she grows up (around the transition from the Silver Age to the Bronze Age) and the rest of her body catches up to her boobs. She inherits the retiring Silver Queen's bracelets and becomes a hero in her own right, very similar to Robin becoming Nightwing.

One key aspect is that the bracelets enhance the wearer's strength exponentially, and so after a lifetime of training and crimefighting, GGuardian's super strength is much, much greater than SQ's.

Also, that's pretty much the only art of her at this point since her redesign was fairly recent.

For what it's worth I crunched some numbers and as she is, Golden Guardian is shorter than She Hulk, Big Barda, and a powered up Giganta, but taller than Wonder Woman and Carol Captain Marvel. So while she's definitely an amazon, she's the littlest amazon. Tall enough that she'd be noticeable when standing next to most other female capes but not so much that it'd break frames.

Interestingly enough (to me anyway) according to my reserach at 6'4" an adult Audrey is the exact same height as Starfire and Fairchild. Given that those two are also canonically busty, super strong women with reddish hair, I have to ask if that was intentional because it's a hell of a coincidence otherwise.

So, way back I first pitched the script for this comic, I had a second dream idea that I nixed because I felt the visual implications were a bit too outside the clean-ish tone we go for in the canon strips. But there's more leeway over here, so I decided to dust it off and work it up into a script.
