It's called 3D Custom Girl, and is an old-as-hell hentai game. It's basically just a little game where you can make a girl, dress her up, and fuck her. However, there are like 8 billion mods for this thing (diapers being one of them), and the devs later added an option for posing your characters so you can make images. I do not know how to post yet, but if people like this stuff I might get my ass in gear and learn.

I should warn you that there are basically only two diaper mods--disposable and cloth (I'll boot up the game and show you some pictures of the cloth diaper in a bit). Both are somewhat flawed but good enough---3DCG really isn't meant for underwear thicker than panties. Also, said mods look off on loli characters. We got an modellers here willing to make some mods?

There aren't many other ABDL-friendly mods, there's a pacifier which I love and a baby bonnet which is nice.

Be warned that this game is pure jank and stuff can look weird. For instance, you can't have your character wear pants and a diaper at the same time, because the diaper will show through the pants and look awful. Also, the disposeable diaper mod is in the tail slot for some insane reason, I modified it to be in the underwear slot and can give you the mod file if you want.

There's a fanwiki but 4chan thinks the link is spam. Just google "3D Custom Girl Wiki" and pick the one that ends in .tm

There's this torrent that has the game and FORTY GIGABYTES of mods (and each mod is like a megabyte only so that is a FUCKLOAD of mods). That's not even all the mods out yet! You'll want to use the mod catalog, which is kept up-to-date nearly every week, to search out for what you want. I'll upload the torrent in a second if you want.

Just remember that it's not a game meant for diapers. You can just use some diaper mods. Keep that in mind and you can have fun.

Fine. I tweaked a few mods: I made the disposable diaper mod an underwear item so I could use tails with it (otherwise that demon girl above wouldn't be possible) an I changed the pacifier to go in the mole/facial mark slot so I could combine it with another mod that adds drool and a heavy blush to your girl.

Unfortunately they're all in Japanese and I have like 200 mods installed. So I just shoved every diaper mod I know I have, so one of them should be the modified ones. Just put these all in there. You know it's right if the slot with underwear has the diapers and the slot with the moles has the pacifier.

- (Oldnews) Canada and Australasia both have branches of ABU as of the 22nd of last month, so if you live up north or down under, you're able to buy these without arm-and-leg shipping now.

I knew that the writing in that was better. My skills have degenerated so much, goddamn.

I was unsure of how to continue the first story. I went with having some friends of Jessica come over (and they'll eventually get into diapers) but I also debated bringing in some other girls who have suffered mental regression.

Expect a lot more stuff out of me. I've set a new rule for myself: no browsing the web or playing videogames until I have done one hour EACH of writing and practicing art, and hopefully I will do more. That's how the second story got finished today. With this, my output should increase massively unless I burnout.

My closet literally is stocked with Little Pawz, Overnights, and Bellissimos. Their capacity for me has always been ABU highest, Tykables next, Bambino last. The amounts aren't hugely off, but ABU is usually one solid wetting over the other two before getting into the "leaky danger zone."

Maybe you need to tape up a little tighter? Gaps around the leg gatherers can cause you to suddenly leak if you flood while sitting. Did that with an Overnight once.

That's a good idea to ask your therapist first. If you can get on through them somehow or get it covered by insurance somehow that would be a lot better. I've never used F-List, but I have RP'd with a handful of people here. It's really gratifying to have a little praise you for being a good caretaker. Most of them were willing to switch too, which was nice if I wanted a bit of little fun for myself.

It depends on the sensitivity of your skin and how well you powder/oil before hand but you can wear a diaper for hours and hours and not get one if you're just wet, and I'd say no more than 10 hours if messy. I've slept in messy diapers many times but when I do I can just barely feel a little extra sensitivity building up when I do. Use baby powder made using cornstarch, not talcum powder. Talcum powder is made from ground up rocks, you don't want to breath that stuff in so use cornstarch, seriously, I cannot stress this enough.

Baby oil is just mineral oil (made from Petroleum) with perfumes in it. That's pretty much all you need, perfumed cornstarch and mineral oil, the go-to brand is "Johnson's" but generic brands work just as well.

I don't know anything about Desitin, having never used it myself. Absorbency has several factors, but what's important is keeping pee off the skin as much as possible, and part of that is not taping diapers on too tight and part of that is diapers with good wicking material. Unless you're using cheap diapers that have a gel core (which are awful) I wouldn't worry about it.
