In the current demo version they're unlocked after playing the previous phase
Motorboat doesn't have the repeat phase yet but all told there are 7 scenes in the demo right now

Not really. When I was working on my game with it (nothing lewd, sorry) I ended up rewriting almost all of the engine just to get it how I wanted it, which defeats the point of using it in the first place.
