That mainly depends on what diaper you are wearing. But even with ABUs it covers well at the bottom, but the sides stick out because of the large size of their tabs.
The ODU onesies are in the middle compared to other brands. They aren't as thin as LittleForBig's, but ABU's are wider for more coverage and fit like a sack even with the elastics. Onesies DownUnder has the best (most babyish) in my opinion

Well, I mean, do edits.
But also practice your illustrating and sketching on the side.

A lot of the present elements could really use tightening. The whole thing feels really free-handed.

The head has a really chubby-cartoonish-Rugrats-esque quality to it while the rest of her body resembles the proportions displayed in the comic.

And furthering your understanding of hands will help, too. They're not horrendous. All the fingers are there, but her right hand is kind of amorphous.

There's something that seems off about the line work. The weights are all exactly the same and it doesn't convey the layering of clothing. There's also something missing in the lack of dynamics to the line and lack of noise. Maybe try expanding the source to 2x, drawing on that, and then downscaling the diaper to match the original? That might introduce the right amount of artifacting.
