Just pirate a real 3D program and make some decent materials, this doesn|t look like oily skin, it looks like metal. You need to add a lot of very subtle bumpiness and most probably use a completely different reflection model - PBR stuff with roughness maps, not this 2004-esque Phong shit. Also, since these are humanoids with skin we're talking about, you should add some SSS (sub-surface scattering) if your program supports it.

The texture work itself needs work as there are often parts where it's painfully obvious you just grabbed a basic brush tool and tried to paint something. Skin might look single-colored from a long distance, but there's actually a lot of stuff going on; you're probably better off using some pre-made skin shader or getting some decent skin textures from a game or something.

And the lighting is complete ass, get some shadows there, use two or three lights and never put them directly behind camera. Place the characters into an environment, it can be something as simple as a white sheet of cloth like in a studio, but you need something to cast shadows to and to reflect light if you're going to use (and you should) indirect illumination (basically a way to simulate how light reflects off surfaces, it's why a single lamp is enough to illuminate a room enough for you to see in, there might be no reflections, but the light is reflected off the walls etc.)

I'm not even going to talk about your fetish mostly being just extremely over-sized boobs with even more disgustingly over-sized hanging nipples. This kind of shit looks even worse in 3D than it does in 2D.
