I really liked Crimson Gray until I went for a separate ending, thinking that I had a lot more to go through.
The game is very, VERY short, with very, VERY few CGs, and your choices have very, VERY little impact. The largest one is whether or not she takes you to her rape dungeon but only does she NOT RAPE YOU, the game just continues onto the county fair like any other route. Second largest being that bit at the end where the story goes full anime.
It's the worst kind of VN: One that forces you to choose a bunch of seemingly unimportant dialogue options just to see if you chose the right combination in the last few bits of your playthrough.
Otherwise, game over you stupid fuck. Better try a different combo.

But I suppose that's what I get for expecting too much from Sierra and for being a stupid fuck that pays for videogames.

So the idea of the Sexyverse is that there are deviant races, which is just another term for various monster races that "deviated" from the human race due to ancient magic giving various groups powers and attributes. So there's succubi/incubi, vampires, werewolves, leprechauns, merpeople, etc.

This game takes place in medieval times and an evil witch has mind controlled all the women of the deviant races. The males of all the races don't want to kill the women since they know about the mind control and are trying to get to the witch to break the spell. The main character is given the power to free the women from the witch's power.

All that set up so that you molest, strip, and fuck your female enemies. You defeat the five generals and then go on to defeating the witch herself. Pretty normal story, nothing amazing.

Pic related is an old battle screen but should give you an idea of the combat. The more damage you do, the less clothes the enemies have. Your victory screen is a sex scene depending on the enemies you've beaten. You also collect the sex scenes and can view them whenever you want. There are going to be brothels were you basically buy sex scenes of various whores.

So I decided to play through the Monster Girl Gamu demo again and it dawned on me.
This setting, these characters, this amateur, cartoonish but still somehow pleasing art, it was all created to appeal to me. Monster Girl Gamu was made for the express purpose for me, specifically me, to jack off to.
It strikes every zone that I wanted out of weg except for gameplay. Which makes everything clear as day.

Monster Girl Gamu will never release because I am in hell and this is my eternal torment. But part of being any kind of story teller is making multiple passes at pretty much every aspect of your story, from settings to characters to lore.

Do you know how many original characters I'd gone through while trying to decide on a main character? More than I care to admit.
Some characters get scrapped.
Some characters get redesigned.
Some characters stay as they are from a visual and personality standpoint, but get shifted into another role.
You may want character A to perform a specific action, but realize that character B would be a better choice later on. That's just how it goes.

If you're so easily discouraged, you'll never accomplish anything. That goes for all of the things life throws in your direction.

As for your girl?
The main problem is her head size. Before even redrawing the face, try shrinking that head size down a tad. Child characters in anime and manga settings, which your style invokes, tend to have larger heads proportionate to the rest of their body than their adult counterparts do.
Maybe try adding a little bush down there too. Even something as simple as a landing strip, just to show "Hey. This girl went through puberty" Narrowing her waist just a tad more wouldn't hurt either.

Anything that hasn't been reworked from the original idea is unfinished. I forget who said that, but it's true. Sometimes character designs have to be simplified for animation. Sometimes songs have to be cut down to fit a filesize or time limit. Sometimes storylines have to be truncated to fit the run of a show. I've gotten rid of so many things in so many of my projects, all of it left on the floor in scraps. But sometimes you have to realize that what you want doesn't fit. That doesn't stop you from taking the scraps and saving them for something else. Sometimes you can even build entirely new projects from all the saved up scraps. This little number right here was saved from a project from six years ago. The team said she didn't fit, so I didn't force her into the game. She wasn't even originally a goblin. But she's here, she's fundamentally the same, and that's really all that matters. For your character it doesn't matter if her head's a little smaller. If she's still the same person to you that's all you have to worry about.

Here are some of what I changed.
- overall balance of the pose because I think what you did seems very symmetrical in relation to shoulders.
- made the eyes a bit closer to the nose.
- added a bit of definition on the pelvic area

- Either you constrain the exageration of the legs and the arms a bit to make the character fit the camera angle.
