Main Story:
1) Babysit a few times till Penny says leg press 200lbs and find a profession(?)
2a) Visit the gym after 12:00ish to get the leg press event (this one might trigger at 10:00 I can't remember)
2b) Visit the library at 18:00 to get the profession(?) event
2c) Babysit about 8 times, check items and assignment tab to see your count
3) Go to STP the next morning to trigger Penny event
4) Visit the lab immediately after for Sophia scene
I stopped playing after this so I don't know if there's any "story" related dialogue after this point. This + the scenes below = all the CG in the gallery though.

Other scenes:
Nightclub - possibly at 4:00, choose "look around" till you see the girl
Babysitting - just randomly pops up after healing after the Penny event I'm pretty sure, you can keep reloading before going to babysit till it pops up.
