Just sort of a look at where exactly I could boost my work. I feel like I'm definately still lagging behind in a few key areas, and if I could have a better idea exactly where that was I'd be better able to concentrate on those parts.

The more specific question is more on my gentle stuff. My work leans a bit dialogue heavy, and I'm unsure whether I should focus on that (making it better... somehow) or trying to add more prose to the work, better depicting what's actually going on.

Ya know it's kinda fucked up that the main scene is framed theough the perspective of a suicide, but it alright. It feels weirdly scant on scale depictions, I feel like there's no real sense of how big Tracer or anything else is. Even the vore itself feels more like an outline than anything else.

I wrote it mostly because there's really no Tracer vore anywhere at all. So I decided to write a story to fill that void in my free time. It was even more barren before, Kamalanon helped me with adding some more detail.

I chose my premise basically only because there's really no other way I could see her eating someone. She's too happy and kind to even consider it otherwise. As such, this was really the only premise I really could do. I was considering doing it from the perspective of Anon being a villain and Tracer using his powers to hunt him down very early in thinking about this, but that doesn't fit her character at all either. I still think that scenario has potential, but I'd have to get Tracer to more than willingly kill and consume on sight like a game of cat/mouse. But again, that's not her.

As for the lack of detail, you're right on the money. Writing when bored and needing something to do has you miss details a lot. I'm honestly shocked at how much the leadup outweighs the actual vore. I also just assumed I could get away with not saying my scale as I just assumed people would know about a standard 3 inches I see in most stories, but apparently not.

Tell ya what. I could write a "Definitive Edition" of sorts adding some more detail. It'll still be a greentext, but I'll be sure to make it better this time.

It's kinda difficult to critique your work, because if I'm being honest with myself you're just as good a writer as I am, and any advice I have risks coming off as "write more like me" or "write more to my taste" which isn't really the intent.

Your prose is very solid overall, there's a few little hiccups here and there, it's mostly typo-level stuff; it doesn't detract from the work. You really excel at using figurative language to describe size differences, which is a huge asset for any /size/ writer. Nobody likes reading "billboard sized face" or "tree trunk like fingers" for the twentieth time. Because of this, I think your best stories (the Academy-verse ones) focus on the size difference itself instead of related fetishes.

Two areas that could see improvement are your story structures and your use of descriptive language.

You lapse too easily into an expository mode of writing, where you do a lot of telling, and not a lot of showing. A certain amount of this is necessary in any writing, of course, but you should always try to place expository pieces inside of actual scenes in a way that flows naturally and doesn't detract from the action.

In a story like "And the Prom's Tomorrow", a huge amount of summary-style writing is forgivable, because the overall concept is difficult to limit to a handful of scenes - Chloe's powers are so vast we can't know the scope of them unless she tells us directly. Furthermore, even though Chloe recounting her godly exploits takes up most of the story's length, it's still framed by a proper scene - that of her proposing to Mark. This scene also contains the character development for Chloe which could be considered the "point" of the story - even though she supposedly loves Mark, when it comes down to it he's still just another toy, and she has no qualms manipulating his mind to better suit her needs.

The wrong way to do it would be like in "The Prince's Cage" where the story is told entirely in that past tense fashion. That story would have been much better served by weaving all of its current parts around a couple scenes that actually show how Lady Frankie treats him.

You do a better job in "Lovers and Dreamers", but at one point (lines 29-37) you break the continuity of the scene with the exposition. Cass asks Abby how her day was; Abby reminisces about how she likes to be held, but also how a year and a half ago she would have felt totally different about it. Those thoughts come logically from the characters' actions, but it's unclear what's happening outside of Abby's head because once she snaps back to the present, she asks Cass the same question and the scene continues from there as if nothing happened. Did Cass not expect a response? How long did they sit by the TV while Abby reflected silently?

In regards to descriptive language, I have two points.

One, it often feels like your writing shies away from describing anything too sexual. I don't place a huge emphasis on sex or masturbation in giantess or vore stories - if it makes sense in the context I'm writing then I write it, but it's not something I see as going hand-in-hand with the more fetish-oriented content. Your writing is even cleaner than that, though, and I think at the end of the day people do like to read about lovingly described jiggly bits, no matter what else is going on.

Two, while the descriptions you use are usually effective and inventive, the component that seems lacking is the characters' body language, and other small movements. In "Lovers and Dreamers" the tone is perfect, and the sentiment is there, but it's difficult to hold Cass and Abby in your mind's eye because the description of their actual actions is so sparse. A good example of this is when Cass raises her voice in excitement as she tells Abby she'll be performing at Coachella. Instead of having her apologize immediately afterward (leaving any reaction Abby has at the level of implication), describe how Abby reacts to the noise - recoiling away or shivering in shock or resisting with a few stoic blinks - and then have Cass apologize after she notices this.

My final advice is be aware that your sarcastic, somewhat long-winded style is probably not the best for smutty writing. It's honest, and it does get a chuckle from time to time, but when it's not working seamlessly it adds a layer of detachment to writing that is supposed to be immersive - it's unwanted narrator involvement. That's not to say that you can't make it work, though - Pixis is one of my favorite authors on giantessworld and that's basically his whole shtick, and the same goes for Jacksomm Trifker, who's one of the greatest vore writers of all time (somebody in the comments on Eka's actually called him the Terry Prachett of vore). It's just that it's harder than writing in the simpler, flatter style most of us use.

Having read through all your stories in the process of writing all this junk, I'd be interested in hearing what sub-fetishes you specifically are into. Most people could probably pick up on what I like after reading any one of my stories, but it's harder to get a read on you because your writing is more restrained and varied.

One, holy shit that was more indepth than I expected. I agree that Prince's Cage was probably my worst story, I'd make a cleaned up version but I couldn't tell you what my plan for that one was. I did like your comment on body language, I need to work on that aspect more.

Two, I'm honestly all over the place. I have a real preference for extreme size differences (70 Mile Jenny is a personal favorite of mine), but that's more in writing than anything else. In art I really like character interactions. Furry and Vore Stuff does decent smut, but I like their Tumblr way more for how distinctly she defines her characters with wacky personalities, and how they play into these crazy size scenarios.

Don't get me wrong, I like crazy smut, but I tend to like all kinds if it's done well. Well, except foot content that isn't explicitly based around size/power dynamics and lactation. I really don't get lactation.

Not enough. There's one size changing stand in Part 5 that shrinks the qt trap but it's a short fight and the stand user is a guy.

There's a female size stand user in the beginning of Part 6 though. It's decent, though again the good parts are all too brief and the parts that are there are, well, Jojo.

Part 8 has a fucking fantastic mindbreak sequence early on against the girl in the pics though (Daiya) who uses her stand to take away Jojo's memories so that he falls in love with her and acts as her willing slave.

Not that guy but yeah even though I read their comics I'll say upfront that they're low quality. GiantessFan makes each installment of their comics as short as possible to sucker people into keeping their subscriptions. An issue's "good ideas" often end on cliffhangers that the next one doesn't really follow. KevinFred is like the biggest cocktease in the entire GTS industry and he can barely structure a story.

Plus, their art is severely lacking compared to artists that put out their shit for free/on Patreon. A Weekend Alone by far has the best art and even it looks awkward at times. They bid out their stories and the highest bidder gets to draw it, so you get the creepy faces and balloon boobs that keep popping up. It's just a bunch of people trying to profit off a niche fetish who don't put that much work into it because they know people'll still be desperate enough to buy what they put out.

TL;DR Sometimes McDonald's is delicious but at the end of the day it's still McDonalds.

Finished reading it all. I find it appealing, but oftentimes it's just a little... PG? Maybe this is just me but in a lot of stories you do a lot of great buildup to the size difference but then don't use it. Breast rides are fun, why end the story just implying about it? Why end "The Show Must Go On" after the briefest physical interaction? Maybe I should write a fic myself just to show you what I mean, and perhaps no one else enjoys the same things I do. But for instance, if I wrote "The Prince's Cage", the good princess wouldn't have simply cleaned his silk. She would have lovingly, carefully scrubbed his body.

Maybe this can be chalked up to appeals of different size preferences though. The level of tiny you write about makes it hard to have any interaction that doesn't involve crushing. I can't really judge you if that's the appeal for you.

So so I had this idea for a longer form story to work on, I wanted to hear any thoughts on it.

Circle of high school girls comes across mysterious key. It can lock or unlock any door. That's pretty nifty, but they pay no mind to it until they discover that the key has more incredible properties. As it turns out the key actually opens portals into a realm between dimensions, that allows whoever created it w/ the key to alter the realm to their liking. No one knows what to do with it, outside of one member, who uses the key to indulge in their macrophilia fantasies. Depravity ensues as the gang gets dragged deeper down the rabbit hole, and discover ways to get other people unintentionally involved with their schemes.

She finds a shrink ray in some ancient ruins and starts using it to shrink survivors/bounty targets/dangerous villains so she can protect/imprison/dispose of them in her belly. That covers pretty much any vore scenario you'd want to write, and because Samus has little established personality, you can make her act in whatever way makes sense for the story.

Yeah, I've been wanting to do something proper with Mercy for a while (something Pharmercy related, ideally). She's just another one of those characters who has a bunch of elements which are a little annoying to play around with: her wings get in the way a bit, the big long flowy bits of fabric at the front and back of her costume, the weird little side wingy bits on her hips, etc. Lots of stuff which needs an extra pass when animating.

I'm thinking her wings could work well for a simple growth animation though, having them continue to splay out as she grows larger.

I'm starting to think I have a totally different understanding of what gentlefags and murderfags are.

I would consider the first example to be cruel, and the second is more ambiguous. >He pleads with her, tears streaming down her face, hoping she'll see reason, mercy, anything
