We don't want to release a demo until we're happy with it.

It's not close to completion yet, but we're probably about halfway done now. Found a massive error which is causing us some problems (Renpy pickling shite) but we're working hard to fix it.

We have a new CG artist who has joined the team and our character artist has continued to develop sprites.

Gameplay remains very VN based, as those of you interested in the project are aware. The battle elements are nearing completion, but we are still looking for an artist to help speed things along in that field.

We have some proper music now, and a few lines recorded ready. Still looking for a couple of VAs though, if they fit the bill.

Writing/editing is about half way there. We've hit around 35k words or so? Lost count, but the demo will probably be around 60-70k, of which the player will likely only see around 40-50k per play through. We like to offer options where we can.

We'll continue to try and update our Patreon with new sprites/cgs/ect as we continue to work on the project.

We know we can't please everyone and many people will dislike our creation, but I'm hopeful that a few just might. We like it at least.

I am a fan of bioware games, but the morality and reputation wont be like that. Atleast not fully.
The choices you make for each girl and the way you talk to and treat them will determine how they feel about and react to you.

The reputation aspect will be more about how you deal with encounters.
For example if there is a battle, do you try to converse, do you barter, do you run away or do you fight.
It will also matter whether or not you win those encounters.

To be honest we're still quite a bit away. We plan to release a full demo, not a half finished bug messed piece. We are not doing this for the money (though it does help) but for our own pleasure, in the hopes that others share the same thoughts. The demo itself takes place over the first 7 days of the game. At the moment, around 3 of those days are complete, 2 are around halfway there and 2 are still lacking content. We do now however have more of a base to build upon, thus leaving those scenes to be completed much faster. It's more of a case of art really, art takes the longest time to complete, and because I myself fund this from my own pocket, its slow to commission people one piece at a time. I am hopeful that within 4-8 weeks we should be in a proper view of releasing a playable demo though.

Morality systems are shit because it forces opinions on a player's actions.

If I killed someone, does that make me bad? What if we were both soldiers? What if it was vengeance for killing my family and friends? What if it was an act of self defense? What if it was all of the above? Everyone will have different answers to those questions, so blanket statements such as "You killed the bad guy, you're bad too" don't work.

Then there's the trouble with reputation: news doesn't really travel that fast. You know what your reputation is, anon? No you don't, you're you. Reputation is an extension of morality and is therefore exclusive to the minds of other people. Look at Trump's reputation (not really getting into personal politics, just go with me). He's got a dozen conflicting mass public perceptions at home and abroad, to some he's a savior and to others he's the second coming of Hitler. HeIl, look at Hitler! Howdy folks from /aco/. I've been teasing you all about a game I've been working on called Orange Trainer for some time now.
Although I have shown some ingame art, I have never given you a hands-on demo to play around with. Until today!
I was asked to release a early alpha of the game so that people could try their hands at it and get an impression of what it will look like in the future.

So this is a 'very' early build of the game and will NOT yet feature any adult content. However I felt like it atleast made for a fun first glance at what the game will look like in the future.
The art assets for this game were made by Flick, Nyuunzi and Velenor. The writing and coding was done by me, Exiscoming.
We are having a lot of fun making it, so we hope you guys will enjoy this sneak peak. You are of course allowed to give your critique!

Altough we have done a number a tests you can still run into bugs or error reports. Please know that playing the game in the state it is now may be buggy and the final game may differ from the demo. Bugs can be reported to me either in this (or future) threads or via my tumblr or patreon.

The creator even started from scratch to rebuild the game in a new engine before the original version even got any real porn content to it. Admittedly the new engine does perform a lot better, but there's still fuckall in terms of fap material.
