I dunno, 86's have really good handling when they're on a real suspension setup, and it weighs 500kg less than an R32. The only place the 86 would get beat bad would be the straight after turn 1, straight after turn 3, straight after turn 12 and the long straight near the end. I think anywhere else, it'd make up the gap on braking and mid corner. Ironically I think the 86 would do much better on Myogi pass than on Haruna, because Myogi has more slow corners and the straights are shorter.

I don't think a GT86 stands any semblance of a chance on a circuit against an R35. Will be interesting to see where Shigeno takes this.

Key things to notice are the different front diffuser and rear wing, both of which are not on the 2017 model, nor the prior model as they are items added by Nismo.
