Not OP, but Girlish Number's ED was like that for me. Didn't like it at all at first, and while I still don't think the songs is that great, it did grow on me after the show ended.

Also Tomorrow from KonoSuba. At first I didn't like the style of the song, but later on I ended up liking it almost as much as Fantastic Dreamer.
