Explanations for individual deletions aren't going to solve inconsistencies about certain stuff not getting deleted, anon. Especially since most of the time, if you go "Well, why didn't _____ get deleted for that same reason," the answer would probably be that either it didn't get reported, or that specific mod wasn't on.
