The devs most likely do have an input since it's their license. But that doesn't necessarily ensure the quality of the anime.
If you actually look at KJJ's reel, you'll see that there's still badly animated shit even in the stuff they use to show off.

It's probably going to be posted everywhere with good looking webms by a chinkfag when the anime starts, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

I do not know about this Korean Anime thing, but the Korean do make some good manga. They have a dedicated following in Vietnam.

Should 40 fails, 45 would be hijacked and forced to complete the mission. Once the mission is complete, a security program will activate and destroy both of their minds. But it won't activate if one of them dies. So in order to protect 45, 40 intentionally completed the mission and orders 45 to kill her. 40 appeals to 45's desire to live, and tells her to live for herself, not just as a tool for others. With her dying breath, 40 gives her dog tags to 45 and helps her escape.
