I watched it recently. Don't think it is remotely near the trash tier, the animation was good, story was serviceable, suspension of disbelief held even with the plot sounding like some of the staff were on drugs. I watch the 1st to 3rd episodes of everything and there is much worse out there.

Anime that I committed to watching the season enter the trash tier when I speed watch them at anything higher than 1x speed. Once you get to 3x speed it is in a special place of terrible. At 6x speed it goes silent and I'm probably not even watching and dropping after the episode is extremely likely. At >6x is instant drop. Shows that get dropped before they even finish an episode are usually because they don't remotely jive are in a did not watch category.
