Kaneki will die. There is no going beyond here. To avoid dying (not in style) he will need to habitually cannibalize on ghouls over a long period of time until his lifespan stabilizes and starts increasing again. Kaneki is the Black Goat's Egg. For there to be any sense in killing off the child and perhaps even Touka there would have to be a definite, instant cure to saving Kaneki. If not Kaneki will be left broken and dying. Let's face it, the CCG will most likely go down at the end of the story. All the inside shit with bringing the dead back, essential ghouls fighting for the CCG, and in general Furuta conspiring with ghouls, all it takes is a small slip up and the CCG is gone. That doesn't change the fact that V is basically in control of whether ghouls live or die at the end of the day and are the real threat in the story when all is said and done.

Clowns are a seperate gang run by Donato? V was basically the organization above the CCG that controlled everything from the shadows. Furuta took control of both when he defeated the chairman and claimed dominion over the CCG as the final chairman. No clue why V is conspiring with the Clowns when they know they're ghouls too but I doubt they care since Yoshimura was a V member too. He basically controls both but even if Furuta were to die alongside the CCG, V would still be prevalent and hold control over Tokyo and various other countries like Germany and so forth in the long run.

Because it's dumb, the whole pregnancy drama is dumb. This could all have been avoided if Ishida didn't have it be dumb, but he did so we have the cheap or cheap option to deal with. You could have gotten a nice ending like this given the appropriate time and place , but the chucklefuck MCs had unprotected sex in the middle of a war. One weak starving himself and the other poisoning herself with fast food. They're being pursued by a pack of over powered meme kids and their psycho trap squad leader who want them both dead, not to mention one hit to her abdomen kicks into the tragedy path.
