Well, something is bound to happen given enough time but Shimimaru keeps it pretty ambiguous. When 67% starts, you make the connection that these 4 people are going to end up as pairs; younger guy with glasses girl and older guy with skinnier girl. Then as the series progresses, both guys have moments with both girls. Of course the younger guy has more moments with the glasses girl but it isn't so far fetched to think she could end up with the older guy and the reverse also applies for the other two. Then there is that one chapter where both girls appear to like the younger guy in their drunken stooper.

67% lacks more of a core story line than I'd like. There really is no point to each chapter, other than being ecchi comedy. The one chapter I disliked was the glasses girl trying to insert a dildo as an exercise, even though her inner monologue had her admit she was a virign in prior chapters. I thought that was an odd and out of place detail that the author either forgot about or ignored.

67% could be better if there was more meat to the plot other than just PLOT. Jokes tend to be hit or miss cause of their nature so having the characters do more than just "hang out" would add a lot.

Yeah, generally. School in general is for networking socially for future prospects, not actually learning. Just having a diploma or certification of some kind is kind of useless without experience or connections.
There are certainly exceptions. Obscure fields of work, overflowing demand at the time, natural charisma, etc. But rarely do those require extended schooling.

Seriously, if you're not there to get connections for experience or employment, then it's a waste of time and often a ton of money.
