Croix was the perfect character.
The writers really went all out with her development and interactions with the rest of the cast. Although it is a shame that we never got a good long heart to heart scene between her and Chariot, one where Croix confesses her true feelings about the past.
Oh well, aside from that she's an amazingly well written character that deserves more screen time during Season 2 if it ever comes around.

As the producer said, Croix served to complement Chariot's background and to be part of the reason she quit the idol business. Even Yoshinari implied she wasn't in the original version of her background.

People said they would have liked to see more about her reasons or her feelings about the past, but there's nothing wrong with what it was already presented until now: Her reasons for wanting to release the Triskelion were simple and to the point: To become a powerful witch and make magic great again. No need to add more, in my opinion.

However, the only thing I would have liked was for her development should have gone more smoothly, It felt too rushed. Like someone said before, a Drama DC about her having a conversation with Woodward would be nice,
