He probably told Jobin that he had to take responsibility for that by letting him interrogate his family to figure out what happened and get even. The guy who composed for PB and BT left because they didn't understand the majority of tracks and the ones they did use they only used the same small excerpt from over and over again. SBR universe is not end of part 6 universe, it's completely separate. SBR wasn't even supposed to be JoJo at first and then Araki decided it was.

Everything from parts 1-5 still happened on schedule in that universe, just part 6 was nullified because Pucci died before he could reach Cape Canaveral again. Jotaro and Jolyne (now named Irene to signify that she's no longer bound by the Joestar destiny) live happier lives with no gay priest to worry about.

A band named "STADIUMS" arrived at Morioh-cho at the end of the Milagro Man Arc (Chapter 57 Page 46).
They are described by Joushuu as a band "that makes shitty unbearable music that is ripped off of other stuff", yet they're successful (Chapter 57 Page 46).
*Probably a group of Rockmen because they cannot hold jobs that have regular business hours, but are still somehow successful from the selling of the fruit.

Let Tsurugi go to the Stadium and then see Jobin having his little showdown there. Maybe he was looking through Aishou's little hideaway and someone else comes. It would die in Tsurugi learning more about his dad's intentions and if Jobin catches him and actually give them some sort of relationship his son.
One of the band members has scars like Jobin, maybe Tsurugi could mistake him for it to have a reason moreso to go in.
