AOE noble phantasms typically have a target limit of 1000 at absolute most, and we've never seen a Servant who can fire a Phantasm on that scale more than twice consecutively. Unless you have something can destroy the Marble itself, the Hetairoi is literally unbeatable.

For Herc, all you need is for at least 12 of the Servants in the Army to have A-rank strength, and since we know at least some are stronger than Alex its at least possible. An A-rank "normal attack," can kill Herc, it gets past God Hand's conceptual defense. As long as you have 12 different ones to also account for its damage adaptation ability, its possible, especially with the rest of the army there to protect those 12, harry Herc, sacrifice themselves to position him where they want him, hell even just dogpile on him and hold him down with a couple thousand C-D strength heroes. It's not a given I admit, but its possible.
