Pretty damn weak. Don't get me wrong she has some tricks but it almost completely outweighed by her plot armor or because she is fighting something she is strong against like robots.

She tends to get preptime. Magicians that fight her either never use magic or never cast directly on/at her. Magician only use blunt magic attacks and no weird shit with special effects. Strong opponents don't try hard against her.When you cut away the plot convenience Mikoto would have lost a ton a fights. She isn't nearly as bad as Touma or Hamazura in that regard but it does push her back.

Assuming that they are both being OOC and are aiming to kill, Stiyl would lose simply because Mikoto's electricity could speed blitz him. Remember, Touma only does so well because of precog, and the teleporters are precalculating jumps. Stiyl's only winning option would be a neutral start up close where the speed difference would be marginal. Even then, most of his attacks have chant windup. Defensively, he's also outmatched since she has radar and isn't limited to ground movement. Fire wouldn't stop a bolt of lightning.

Now, assuming they are in character, Stiyl has a decent shot because Mikoto would hold back due to moralfagging, and Stiyl is probably used to having to kill people.

Everyone always plays up Kuroko because she could easily sneak attack telefrag someone. But that's stupid because most people would be capable of killing someone if you got the drop on them. That and he takes his own failures into account and plans around them. That's what makes Crowley a nice antagonist in the grand scheme of things. He's a keikaku man, but he's still a gigantic fuck up. But he uses his own failures as a means to accomplish his goals anyway.

I think the Touma part is that Terra is simply a far more seasoned fighter than Mikoto, at least in regard to fighting other freaks. He's not like early Accel where he'll just stand around and expect his ability to do all the work for him. He consciously adapted to the fight around him using his crazy ability. As a mage who can't use any other normal magic, having such a high standing in the mage world with just precedence must mean he's damn skilled. It would be a good fight but I'd still give it to Terra.

I wasn't using him as an argument. I was using the fact that Misaka acknowledges that Touma was dealing with foes way past her level. "Dealing with" doesn't mean he beats them in 1 on 1 combat, just that he deals with them. He usually needs lots of help from allies.

No, Terra's power is very specific and he has to look at the object to alter its precedence, not to mention he can only target one object at a time. When Terra targets Itsuwa's spear, he says "Precedence: Movements of a Spear", and when he uses precedence on "magic" it only targets the specific spell Tsuchi is using. Terra cannot target general stuff like everything made of "rock", instead he has to specify walls/ceiling/floor/etc. In other words, Terra loses horribly.
