3. Archer still gets summoned. He gets summoned in HF, and that Shirou didnt become a seigi no mikata. So the version of Shirou is irrelevant. As long as Rin attempts a summon, and has the pendant, EMIYA should show up.

4. If Kotomine managed to find a way to give Shirou mage abilities, he would make Shirou participate in the war

5. Kotomine would probably try to use Shirou as the vessel for the Grail if Illya gets Gilgamesh'd.

6. Kotomine may not attack Bazett. If he has Shirou on his side, he will have Gilgamesh and Shirou's servant. He may decide he doesnt need another.

7. Cu wrecks most other servants because Bazett would use him properly, and I assume he would have a higher Luck stat under her.

8. Sakura does not participate in the war, she stays as wormfood, since she never meets Shirou (or meets a very different Shirou). Shinji takes Rider. This much is similar to Fate and UBW.

9. Rin still has the full charge in her father's pendant, which she could use as an Ace at some point in the war.

10. Rin and Shirou would grow up together with Kotomine as their teacher. This changes everything, there are way too many variables to make a prediction as to where this may lead.
