If youre above the age of 21 you remove battel shonen from your list and your taste is already more refined than that of 90% of the viewers. Outside of that you should probably be able to appreciate everything, independent from genre. I think "slice of life" is not really supposed to be used like a noun, as it is the name of a genre, and as such should be used like an adjective.
The sentence should be "You are permitted one or two slice of life anime", not slices of life, and not slice of lifes.
I understand that sometimes a genre can be used as a noun ("I have watched two Thrillers"), but most of the time you can't ("I have watched.. 10 Actions, 10 Ecchis, I have listened to 10 rocks and rolls")
