Well that's my main gripe as well, the lack of continuity between episodes really did hurt the whole experience. Something as simple as Andrew keeping the hat seemed very effective but they choose not to do it more often, it felt to me like the show lacked cohesion.

The biggest tragedy though is that this may result in we not having a whole new season with red head Ursula.
