If Kubo comes out with a new manga, I won't check it out unless it gets popular. Then I can point out all its flaws for people to defend then later say I told you so, just like I did with Bleach.

What I'm really looking forward to are Kishimoto's and Mashima's next manga.

Kubo has been dealing with married life (he stopped fucking whores a year or three before Bleach ended) and some rumored medical issues, but he's apparently done some drawing for Bleach LNs or something and acting as a judge on some mango contest. So he's finding some things to do while he sits on his pile of Big 3 money.

Kishimoto announced that he's going to do a new sci-fi series. He's just taking a long time to plan because it's an ambitious work that needs to be really thought out but will be amazing when it finally gets released. Pretty hype, I'd say.

2. That wasn't his goal at all, it was the editors'. Kubo only wanted to draw cool shit. And Kubo said multiple times in the past that he hated his editors because they forced him to change lots of stuff.
