See, I'm actually glad that somebody would prove me wrong with something. That AMV wasn't overly flashy; it was just appropriate. It's not like I watch or make AMVs at all really, but it just seems like most of them are pretty contrived in how they just slam a bunch of high-energy or recognizable scenes from an anime into the span of some song that doesn't necessarily have any relation to the imagery. It's just a light show. Or, if you're going to do something like
