You don't understand how media works in the real world. Many times people don't believe the new author's works are cannon and backlash is common. This makes near term and long term survival questionable. Even more so when the government can just take the copyright/trademark and neuter her into a redemption equals death story for elementary school children required readings. Interesting is that sharkface could jump the shark now that her original author is dead which tends to lead to the worst fate of all. Cancellation and being forgotten / remembered as being terrible.

I'm betting the ending is going to be something meta because all the powers work with re-tweets, official works, fan fictions, ... the whole public perception = reality is clearly the correct answer. The problem I have with the writing is that they often show something but then feel like people might get confused and have to infodump every last detail of that previously shown thing to ensure even the most retarded person doesn't get confused. That wouldn't really be a recap (clipshow) but a background episode. They could just make it a powerpoint slideshow with no animation to make it a true infodump recap/background episode use the existing concept art and stuff. There is no real difference with everyone standing around in a circle and infodumping than having them stare at a screen and us a nothing for an episode to give them a break in production. There is a lot of wasted potential to make the show much more believable for even things like recap. Who know maybe they will do something like that as it isn't unheard of. Well I think the premise is good but writing execution is terrible. Just because we can predict what will happen before the infodumps or the ultimate end result doesn't mean it is boring/bad leaving hints that make it possible to figure out the overarching plot from the very start is good writing. Of course making it too easy that I figured it out probably half way through the first cour is probably due to too many infodumps making the hints more like glowing, annoying tutorial helper pointing at critical details. The more obvious over time thing is a legit writing tool except they kinda ruin it with regular overly long poorly written infodumps that don't just drop subtle hints they just repeat the same stuff over and over again like terrible blinking text on a crappy webpage.

Given what they have shown us Hime's plan is be emo and try and wreck the world by causing general chaos and messing around constantly with characters to try and induce reality to end. Another thing they showed us and haven't yet infodumped to make it beyond clear is that even she doesn't really understand how the powers work which means some of her plans may not work out as she intended and is very likely following her super emo character traits given to her.

So I think the it's pretty much confirmed that the op is the government shilling the shit out of the Creation's series so that more people become fans of them. A crossover anime will be in the works, being Re:creators. Since it'll be below average like this show people won't like it and Altair will win. If they were smart they would make a fighting game. The character animation is generally typical limited stuff as you'd expect from an average show, though Magane has gotten some scenes with expressive character animation. Mamika getting skewered also had a good sense of inertia.

There aren't many action scenes but they've been consistent enough to receive bursts of nice animation. The later episodes have got more interesting effects and action animation to be honest. The initial episodes were polished but didn't have much flair to them. Selesia's momentary powerup has been the nicest scene from the show so far.

I can see the show is inspired by Ufotable's approach to lighting and colour, especially since Aoki was impressed by the studio's director of photography, but Troyca don't have the know-how to ape it perfectly hence it's kinda weird-looking at times.

I think sharkface wants to stop Altair from ending all of existence for different reasons but she is fucked as Altairs powers are just beyond OP with only reality limiting her use of it (Her power is literally anything asspulls out of thin air, she can pull characters from other stories, alter other characters powers, clone characters, erase stuff, ...). The only way to stop her would be to write a story that mainlines them all as it would overtake their powers and write them into reality proper.

Given their stories still have them present it is almost certain they are just clones from specific points in the specific work using Altair's OP as fuck Save As... power. The only thing against this is Soda being dragged into Selesia's world, but it could have been created the moment Altair decided to interfere. But then where the fuck did Altair come from and how did she gain self-awareness?
Also, they should seriously ask the characters about things the author isn't aware of, Marine being surprised at how Selesia's clothes "worked" could simply be a gap that the real world physics filled.
