I know that's a meme, but to my mind - 2 STR + 2 CON(endurance) would be more sensible.

And at least -1 DEX coupled with the lower DEX cap without supernatural assistance: ~20 ms more on average and it's cannot be reduced by training, which would be a huge disadvantage in a world full of superhumans.
