See, here's the thing about Kyuubey. People often argue about their motivations justness as if they're an equal existence to humans. Fact is, they're not. If we are to believe Kyuubey, they're a sufficiently advanced enough species to the point that humans are equivalent to animals for them. So the question we need to ask isn't "is it morally okay for someone to trick children into a shady deal, provided you don't lie and it is to a net gain/it's a necessity to save the overall life in the universe?" We should be asking "is it okay to make an unfair, but truthful, contract with an animal to ensure the better survival of the human species (and any other lifeforms that are equally advanced)?"
