Is Suicide Squad a fundamentally dumb concept? Would adding cute girls like Gunslinger Girl make it viable?

It's certainly the best dub at least. I don't know why they stopped doing dubs like this, no one would complain about anime like K-ON! if they had Cyber City dialogue.
