Yeah i'm not seeing it. Especially when it comes to Luffy. I guess an argument can be made that Naruto is derivative of HXH though but it's nothing like YYH.

Bleach however is like a lower budget version of YYH. While YYH kept getting more interesting with each arc, Bleach went downhill after SS arc.

Battle shounen series ripping each other off is barely worth talking about. The genre is so small that it's inevitable, and it helps their individual popularity and Jump's brand when they share common elements.

Honestly I'm a Togashi fan and don't really care for battle manga otherwise but he's not 100% original either, he's taken his fair share of 'inspiration' from DB etc.

In terms of story concepts he's pretty original. He just copies ideas and styles wholesale. Chrollo's entire fighting style is based off kakashi in one scene. Zazan is just a female Zarbon. Meruem looks like cell. Etc.

And of course he basically reused character designs from YYH
