Anyway, I tend to dislike endings with high kill counts that just seem that the makers are going "life sucks lmao." I prefer endings that are horrible but could talk place in the real world. Which is why I was more effected by pic related than sci fi endings where humanity goes extinct or the universe explodes after forced genocide or some shit. Those might be fitting for their works but for me at least they don't evoke that genuine "jesus christ that sucks" feeling.

Though the drama in pic related is pretty forced as well.

Texhnolyze was shit, the real depression come from watching it to the end and realizing what a waste of time it was.

I remember hearing about how sad this series was supposed to be several years ago. After watching it I was more indifferent towards the events that occurred then anything else. I had just finished reading the entirety of the MUV-LUV trilogy however, so maybe my tolerance for horrible shit was just raised. Also thanks for reading my blog.

Loved Texhnolyze, it's message really resonated with me. Someone recommended me Ergo Proxy saying they were similar but I found Ergo Proxy insufferably vapid and pretentious.
