If more people could send their own feedback as well (under Moderation Feedback) I believe it would present a stronger case.

A manga version would probably be able to trim a lot of the repetition and extended explanations. If I had to criticize the writing it would be that the writer tends to repeat himself a lot.

I just read the second volume of it and there really were quite a few changes from the web version, as was the case with the first one. As the afterword says

Besides changing some of the flow of events and strategies used there actually were a number of pretty significant changes in this volume, especially giving the MC a more believable personality. Or rather, giving the MC an actual personality in the first place, making him to be less of a Machiavellian supergenius and more human, having to improvise on the fly when things don't go exactly according to keikaku and nearly cracking under the pressure. As well as changing a few other characters so they have more fleshed out personalities too. Similar stuff was done in the first volume. I actually wonder how much of this was changed by the author himself because he didn't like how it went originally, and how much was added by editors.

by the way, considering the story was about fighting a war, EMIYA dark elf was criminally underused.
