What makes an anime good?
At least in your opinion?
The characters? Their interactions? The adventure? The choreography of the scenes?
The animation quality? Is the basic concept and the groundwork for a good universe enough? (Are you willing to give up execution for the sake of the concept being good?)Or just the girls doing cute things?
It's good if I like it.
It's bad if you like it.
Are you asking what is the single most defining factor? All of those things you listed and more go into making a show good but if you are asking what is the most important to have then that is based on personal preference. Personally character interaction is highest on the list for me but that does not mean I won't like a show with little character interaction if the other parts of it are above average.

This, depending on what exactly you mean.
Ultimately it's important to be able to explore the concept fully in all of its nuance and complexity so execution matters, but it doesn't necessarily mean the latter has to meet any particular formal requirements - it simply has to be suitable for the conveyance of this particular idea.
For me mainly characters, plot and animation quality.

For me, the characters and their interactions are the most important factor. Animation quality and world-building come next, and I've learned not to hold much hope for great plot lines.

For me, it's heavily reliant on characterization and character animation. I love characters that feel fresh and alive. It's why I absolutely adore Naoko Yamada's and Yoshida Reiko's work and really enjoy Kyoani in general.
Everything else is not really that important to me when picking up a series.
I also avoid darker series in general.

Any of those elements can as long as the rest isn't so bad that it gets in the way of my enjoyment of what it does well.
There are things that tick me off more than others and easily ruing shows for me though, like slowly forgetting its main premise and just introducing new unrelated characters for dumb jokes to prolong the series as long as its popularity lasts.

This. For example I loved sora no woto but episode 7 (whichever was the piss one, its been too long) was awful in my opinion. That did not stop the show as a whole from being great in my opinion and I don't think I was alone in that feeling.
