The situation never came up where the Glenn had to share his past with Lumia.

For Sisti, the circumstance was different-
Justice is one of Glenn's crazed fan, who sees MC's ideal of justice as the pinnacle of what 'just' should be. By defeating the MC, Justice believes he would then surpasses the top and becomes the justice himself.

So he setup an elaborate trap for the Glenn and Sera, and has Sera died in front of the MC to show the Glenn's justice could not protect everyone. But the MC prevailed and 'killed' Justice.

In volume 5, Justice came back and laid the same trap for the MC and Sisti. Glenn had to explained to Sisti why Justice targeted her.

As for Sisti's reaction to the spells-
she hates herself for being so weak, both mentally and in comabt abilities, and could not be of use to Glenn and Lumia. If learning Sera's way of fighting can help Glenn and Lumia, she would do it without hesitation.
