Childhood is idolizing L, adulthood is realizing Light makes more sense.
L never made sense. He's just an eccentric genius detective.
Light has fantastical elements too but he's made to be someone the audience can relate to, at least enough to understand his way of thought and follow him.
always rooted for Kira since moment 0

And he actually got rooted
>Death Note was 10 years ago
I should probably rewatch it, but I think I'll cringe for how edgy it is. GOAT ost though.

I think the point of Death Note is that Light and L represent the two sides of society's flawed conception of morality. Neither make sense because the duality should not exist in the first place.

I always hate the so called justice, fighting for the status quo characters.

You're a degenerate if you liked either one.

I only watched the 1st season, not sure what you talking about :^)

Kira's vision wasn't flawed

You know if Light won he'd probably kill all you degenerates first

>Light starts lurking on 4chan
>getting doxxed becomes a death sentence
that would definitely make things a bit more highstakes

L and Light were my first homo ship. Such fond memories.
depends on how you viewed it as a child

Both Light and L claim to be pursuing justice and there's truth to that, but they're also massive egoists and are equally driven by more self-serving desires.
