You say this but I honestly feel different about her character now.
from what little they've shown of us with Jasminka, I can say she, loves food, is willing to share it, kind, friendly and insanely strong. Heck they've even shown she can eat healthy in episode 14 with the bunch of apples she had.
For Hannah the most I can think of is she's a constant bully for Akko and friend and Barbara's best friend.
You could both are still 1 dimensional but Jasminka at this point feels at least slight less so now than before.
But then again maybe you're just talking about backstories or some shit.

To me, Jasminka is a near-silent character with little interesting qualities and whose only defining feature is eating food. That's not really interesting at all and the only time she's ever been interesting to me was during the Fafnir episode, because she was proving herself to be strong and useful for once instead of just eating, but even then Constanze was far more interesting in that episode.
It's more that I dislike her because she feels like such a wasted character, like I'm okay with one-dimensional characters and all (in moderation) but she honestly just feels like she's only there because each team needs three members. Amanda is a loud-mouth free-spirit girl that likes to steal things and live on the edge, who's also had interesting character development and been useful to the story now; Constanze is a quiet and very intelligent gear-head with a cool robot pal, who's been semi-useful (in smaller ways) and will be more useful to the story in the next episode (with possible character development too); Jasminka... Jasminka eats, and not much else. It's okay if she's just around for gags and minor assistance, but for me to like her she needs some actual screen time and to actually grow as a character and not be purely about eating food. But that's just my opinion, there's plenty of other witches to focus on anyway.

Here's my explanation for why I think Jasminka and Constanze are what they are, that I've posted before:

I was thinking about this a while back. It comes across to me as Yoshinari and co. just not having confidence in their ability to make them distinctive characters. If you look at the concepts just before they reached their final designs, especially before Jasminka became fat, you can see they basically each occupy the same roles in the team as the members of the red team
>Akko/Amanda - passionate, energetic, basically leads the group
>Lotte/Jasminka - quiet, a bit of a wallflower, possibly the voice of reason
>Sucy/Constanze - weird, smart, likely to be the wildcard in a pinch

So at some point it seems like they decided having them fall in line like this is a bad thing, because they're too similar, and so they latched onto the idea of Jasminka being fat, meaning that food is all she's about, and Constanze being mute - but it kinda went too far, leading them to become essentially non-characters. It's funny that we consider Constanze to be the mute, when she at least speaks with her actions... Jasminka is the truly mute one.

I think they're starting to wake up to the best dynamic for these characters to have, for them to truly work in the show, you could see it starting to manifest in episode 5. You kinda have to have Constanze and Jasminka become one unit, Constanze is the brains and Jasminka is the muscle, sort of like Hodor and Bran in Game of Thrones.

Hints of this association between the two groups sharing the same roles do carry through into the final product though - you can see when both groups are together in the scene where they were discussing the plans for the parade in the OVA, and the scene that's intentionally similar in episode 12, they each pair up with their "equivalent" .

I think Akko had a crush on him that developed in episode 6, which is why she was acting so flustered around him in episode 10, because she's probably never felt that way about someone before.
Episode 11 showed Akko's important memories, but Andrew wasn't part of them, which would indicate that she had either gotten over this crush, or episode 10 exaggerated everything for laughs and was mostly just for fun.
in 17 she realizes that he is actually a cool person, and that he's actively changing to the side of the witches, but I think they're just friends at this point, and she was just happy to see him being a nice guy.
I'm sure they will develop their relationship more, absolutely, but it won't be based on romantic intent, and it won't get resolved in the end.
I'm also not trying to imply that the feelings aren't there, just that it won't be what defines their development together.
I think that Akko isn't going to have a romantic conclusion with anyone, and that she will get just as close with Diana, but nothing will come of either in the end, unfortunately.
This just doesn't seem like the kind of series that will let the main character get with someone, but I can easily see them teasing many options with her for an ending everyone can enjoy, as they've already teased Sucy and now Andrew

Looking at the episode list again, I am having trouble choosing a top 5 after all, but at least one of Andrew's episodes is in there for sure.

1 yes, that is definite top 5. All of 1-4 were fantastic really. But I wouldn't put them in the top 5 I don't think.
5 was definitely the worst.
6 was fantastic, no question that is top 5.
7 was good but not top 5 material, not even as good as 2-4.
8 was great, not really top 5 in my opinion, but the animation and direction was amazing.
9 was also very good.
10 is 100% top 5, that is the episode that probably sticks with me the most.
11 and 12 are just good.
13 is easy top 5.
14 was average outside of Akko communist memes
15 was okay
16 second worst episode
17 was great, not sure if top 5 or not.

So 1, 6, 10, 13, and maybe one of 2, 3, 4, or 8 or 17. I don't know how you couldn't include either one of 6 or 10 at least, those two episode have stayed with me more than any others.

I feel like Andrew already had his moment between this episode and episode 10. His moment was really Akko smiling at him as she flew away with Amanda, recognizing him as a good person and him having proved that he learned something from interacting with her and they both respect each other somehow. That seemed like kind of a nice conclusion for his arc.

They aren't actually opposites though, they are two sides of the same coin. While they go about it differently, and have a different outward personality, they are very similar characters at heart. They are both very passionate and hard-working and love magic more than almost anyone. They both want to help people and like showing off too. The only difference is Akko is fiery and impulsive whereas Diana is cool and calm. Akko does what Akko does best to make the world a better place, be loud and dramatic and stubborn, where as Diana is trying to do it though what she is good at, researching academically how to save magic from declining.
