It's in order to put the main characters into situations while still maintaining their purity.
The audience knows it's an accident, so we know full well that the main character is not to blame for it, as well as it doesn't make the other character beg for it out of character.
This leads to a stupid cliché that's done every anime due to fat neckbeards wanting to see anime girls naked but the creators wanting to maintain purity in a sort of have-your-cake-and-eat-it-too sort of way.
