Ursula was in the library looking for some documents until Akko and Amanda went in with the rod shining, but before Ursula was about to explain them about the word, Finneran arrived and yelled at Ursula about said documents for the Cavendish family (who apparently seems to be in a "bit of a pinch about something").

Ursula begged Akko to wait for a while, but Croix "casually" appareared and let them to go to Appleton. Amanda, who already knew about the Grial being there urged Akko to go. But Amanda only wanted to go because she wanted to cause a huge ruckus before dropping out from Luna Nova.

I think that before this there wasn't really much between them, Akko found him cute but didn't like his stance on magic, while Andrew found Akko to be interesting he didn't really think much of her.
They're sort of meeting in the middle now, I'd say they're finally friends.
I don't know what to expect from their relationship, especially considering that Andrew only has another episode at most for his Dad's subplot, and then probably showing up in the finale.
