Does your local library carry manga? Mine does not. When I asked them why they don't stock any they said and I quote "Please stop coming here. You're always causing problems."
I generally like to read manga physically if possible. But I feel awkward doing it at Barnes & Noble or one of the other media stores that happen to carry print.

Back in the day my library was where I borrowed almost the entirety of Rosario Vampire, all of the Dragonball vizbig editons, except volume 2 which they didn't have so I had to buy it myself, and they also happened to have the entire collection of Maison Ikkoku volumes there.
