This is a joke right? Hype for it has gone WAY down since the first season which is probably because IT'S BEEN FOUR FUCKING YEARS. Manga sales have also gone done. Also its S2 dub premiere Toonami ratings were not good.

They literally only have the Kabenari sequel and Mahou Tsuki. Bones has Kekkai Sensen S2, a new robot anime, the new E7 movies and more seasons of MHA in the horizon.

I'm trying to figure out how Madhouse is doing 3 animes at the same time this winter.

BnHa is one of the most popular manga currently running on the WSJ, which is a way bigger name than bessatsu. Also popularity outside Japan isn't much of a factor

Japs are even bigger Jews than the Jews. SnK is really expensive to animate, so even if it's popular they'd prefer to keep costs down by cutting the number of episodes down instead of just sucking up the costs
